Betty & Bob have regular customers that buy flowers from them every week and others that buy them every now and then

The "Home Screen" of the software shows you the latest invoices Betty & Bob have sent out, and a chart of the current year's total monthly sales.

Use the "Menu" on the left side of the screen to access your Preferences and other apps to see how they all work together.

Don't be shy. Click on Everything! You won't break the software so go ahead and create new documents, edit documents, and delete documents, and add and delete customers, and create reports all you want.

Here are a few things you should know...

The first thing you should do is fill in your "Preferences". Use the "Menu" on the left side of the screen and click or tap on the "Preferences" tab. Fill in as much as you want. This info is used in your Invoices and other documents.

The free apps run entirely in your web browser. All your data is stored in your web browser. There are no backups of your data. If you "Empty the Cache" in your web browser you might delete your data, so be careful with that.

We advise you look into the options we provide for safe and secure data storage and backups. They start at only $29.95 per year and you can add them anytime you're ready. When you add them you can use the apps and all your data on as many computers and mobile devices as you want.
