Tips on getting started...

Login to Use the Data Services

There is a link to login on the right side of the menu bar at the top of the app "Home" screen. Click in and use your username and password to login.

Configure Your Preferences

After you login the very first thing you'll want to do is configure your "Preferences". You'll need to add your business address and other info that is used by almost all of your "Apps".


Your CherryPC apps are incredibly easy to use. We encourage you to try out all the features and click all the buttons. Go ahead and make some "test" documents to get a feel for how things work.

The Contacts App

You can add new "Contacts" to your Contacts app when you create a new document like and Invoice or Receipt, or you can add them directly from within the Contacts app itself.

You can create new documents for a contact by selecting one in the Contacts app and clicking on the "Actions" button on their Contact Screen.

The Document Apps

The Documents Apps include apps that create, deliver, and manage, Estimates, Invoices, Proposals, Quotes and Receipts. Each of these apps look and work the same and are very easy to use. The Invoice app has some extra features that let you easily track payments.

HTML documents are made with a web based editor that works just like a simple word processor. You can create, save, and print beautiful documents and we'll be adding some features of our own to this app soon.

The Search Engine

All of your "Document" apps have a dedicated search engine to help you find what you're looking for fast and easy. On top of that we also built a search engine that will find anything you've made and saved with your apps. All of these search engines are incredibly fast and powerful and they're built to handle up to millions of documents (no kidding).

The Help App

You'll find videos in the "Help" app that show you how to use every app you have. Take some time to watch them because you'll learn some important and time saving tips, and refer to them when you need learn more about an app or feature. And you can use them to train employees how to use the software. Sit them down and have them watch all of them and they'll be ready to get to work for you.
